Spotify & McDonald's Brothers Gave & Gives The Same Deal

Now it was between 2 to 5 years ago well somewhere in there (2015) when the movie "The Founder"

came out which is the story on (CLICK HERE FOR FULL STORY)Ray Kroc

& McDonalds starting.

In the movie we see that Mr. Kroc was persistent at franchising the McDonald's brand after seeing the inside system and hearing of the failed franchise attempts previously. Later on when Ray met Harry J. Sonneborn who got him in the real estate business causing him to lease property to the franchisees. He also got a loan which was for buying out the McDonald brothers. Before the real estate transactions Mr. Harry J. Sonneborn told Mr. Kroc that he was in the real estate business and he could not build an empire off of 1.4% of a .15 cent hamburger.

This brings us to our point about Spotify. The music streaming service that is said to pay artist small percentages of a penny. Once we did the math that Mr.Harry J. Sonneborn said to Ray Kroc we found out this is the same percentage that the McDonald Brothers offered Ray. And low and behold he signed off on it.

MATH 0.15 Cents x 1.4% = .0021. This is 21% of a penny which is the average of a pay per song play on Spotify for the recording artist and label. On most cases in goes up to .0031 cents per penny but not much more than that. This makes us wonder the ending that happened to the McDonald Brothers was it well deserved or not. And were they trying to rip Ray Croc off. Well we see some things never change and many streaming companies have adopted the percentage of a penny pay system. But when we do the math per burger if Ray would've gotten that percentage for a billion burgers served per day it would equal $2,100,000 per day. Not bad at all giving him a $766,500,000 royalty salary per year. That's close to a billion dollars yearly.

So should artist push for a billion daily streams? Or find a way to get to that many plays daily?

Now the story above angers many and many it makes happy. And this is because a lot of times we see crooks get away clean and free and other times they get what they deserve. But going into God's word you can make your decision on if the McDonald Brother's deserved it.

   Well we know both the McDonald brothers and Mr. Kroc did work so both deserved pay. But it was the one who did the major work that deserved the major pay. And that would be......... Ray Kroc. Regardless of what a contract says the word in (Click Here to read the scripture) 1 Timothy 5:18 For the scripture saith, thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward.

So what this means is when Mr. Kroc asked the brothers for a raise in the percentage for doing all the work to bring in money for them and the franchisees, they should've done it with ease but they didn't. So they muzzled the ox. They also didn't give Mr. Kroc his worthy reward.

Mr. Kroc did most or all of the work to build the franchise empire and all the brothers done was license the name and system.

This was to be a licensing deal and it was reversed on Mr. Kroc. So in ending after knowing this the scripture reads in

So if the brothers would've played the agreement fair then both parties would've made out great and been happy. Along with 1st God being pleased.

The EU made the spring/autumn clock change the rule in all member states in 1996, based on the argument that it would reduce energy costs. But the Commission says the data on energy-saving is inconclusive.

There is also no reliable evidence that the clock changes reduce traffic accidents, the Commission says.

What are the EU's current time zones?

There are three standard time zones:

   
• Three states apply GMT (the UK, Ireland and Portugal)

   
• 17 have Central European Time, which is GMT+1

   
• Eight have Eastern European Time, which is GMT+2

The current seasonal clock changes are controversial partly because there is a big difference in daylight hours experienced by Scandinavia and by southern Europe.

Nordic countries have long, dark nights in winter and short nights in summer. The pattern in the south is more even across the seasons.

There are anomalies too. For example, neighbours Portugal and Spain are in different time zones, as are Sweden and Finland.

After reaching Gold & Platinum status in Kenya, king Stevian prepares to release his Grand-daughter's 1st ever album entitled "I'm Kaylee".  Kaylee Kaylee is daughter of professional hair stylist Tyra Tee the daughter of king Stevian.

Kaylee Kaylee's cousins are part of the Kingdom Kids who released in 2016 the song "Watch Me". She now adds to the growing roster for the kingdom kids and hopefully remains in the faith of Christ under God in hopes of leading other kids to our holy Father.

The song "I Am Kaylee" is an uptempo track about 120 BPM and has an imitation touch of the FAMU Marching Band in the back to give it some dance flare.

CitySide Records, CitySide Music Ministries has been waiting until the mess hits the fan and it just has hit. Today Facebook has decided to roll out Lip Sync. A service others claim to challenge Music.ly.

king Stevian the CEO of CitySide Records says that it is not a challenge because Facebook has been preparing for this for the longest but many did not catch on and still don't. So we interviewed the king to see what is really going on and to speak with him about his new album that's coming out this Friday.

CCPR: Hello king Stevian how are you doing?

king Stevian: Well besides dealing with an ex-wife who came back to try and disrupt my happiness from the release of my upcoming album, I'd say happy and full of joy.

CCPR: How do you find joy in or from that?

king Stevian: Well God in heaven will always reveal a person's motives and in this situation the devil knew what was coming. So he tried to make me think this woman was for me by her coming back saying her heart was with me. But when I asked her how do she or will she love me and why...she couldn't answer. So when I told her now O see why another woman keeps coming to win me over it showed how weak she was compared to another woman's hunger for a man of righteousness.

CCPR: You don't think it was the devil sending another or other women to stray you away from the your ex?

king Stevian: Nawww because the ex don't know or exercise full righteousness which lays in the commandments of God which in reality is holiness. Dealing with showing love it is not hard to do. When you see someone in need and you do nothing then who is your Father?

CCPR: Surely not God in heaven.

king Stevian: Right! So When you ask God to remove those that do not belong and send the one or those that do then He will do just that as long as you're in righteousness. And besides that woman was of the flesh. All she cared about was her belly fat, credit and money.

CCPR: Speaking of money, do you think Facebook is going to make money off of their new Lip Sync service?

king Stevian: That is a great question. I would say yes because they have the audience already and the music videos challenges YouTube and Music.ly all put together. I don't like using rthe word challenge but it's better because videos draw people like news so when you say hey look at this awesome video now me and whoever wants to go and see it which in turn helps Facebook ad revenue along with data info.

CCPR: Explain.

king Stevian: Well Facebook is smart as heck because instead of launching a streaming service with advertising like Spotify they just let you be the D.J. which in return drives revenue dollars. You get popularity as a regular social net-worker but you make no money the artist music who is played along with the record company does.

CCPR: Ok

king Stevian: Now far as the data goes Facebook now knows what type of music you the video submitter likes along with the followers or likers of that song and video along with the age group, sex and so on. So in a nut shell they have launched a D.J. Streaming service.

CCPR: So how are your music and label going to play into this. I noticed you haven't put any facial videos of you on Facebook since they began signing contracts with the music labels and music publishers.

king Stevian: Well now is the time. And I say that each platform has a yearly budget to give to labels and publishers and Facebook's is bigger than all. So since we have incorporated music with teaching and preaching we now can depend on FB plays to generate revenue for our ministry instead of asking fans and followers to buy mp3's.

CCPR: Will FB be directly paying you guys?

king Stevian: Well like Spotify and all other services that just simply use songs by artist, they have a agency that handles the accounting of the song plays and revenue generated. Each artist has to be signed up with each starting with HFA who handles Spotify. Media Net handles I think Itunes and others but check with each service agency to see who handles which streaming services.

CCPR: So you're going to use thew platform to it's fullness now I guess.

king Stevian: Yes CitySide will roll out it's entire catalog of 600 tracks to generate a hefty source of revenue for our ministry can grow. This is what we been waiting on because we knew it just wasn't about signing agreements and having licenses to have Sony's or EMI's catalog's on their platform. Again it was about creating a streaming service that allows us tas users to play whatever we desired which means we are the D.J.. So now its time to launch your own streaming service right on Facbook. If you don't we will because creating your own YouTube or audio service is what's needed.

CCPR: This is like a knife in other streaming services stomach.

king Stevian: Yes it is most definitely!

CCPR: So the album comes out this Friday. Anything you can tell the readers and listeners about it?

king Stevian: Yes, there are a lot of things readers and fans or followers don't know about me that they need to know moving forward and this will help their lives become better. Secrets with intimate details.

CCPR: Well can't wait til Friday and I'm quite sure many out there can't wait either. So the album will be on all music platforms?

king Stevian: Right..Itunes, Amazon, Spotify and any other digital music platform.

Companies like Oasis gives unlimited car washes to subscribers at a low rate of $20 to $39 while other hand car washes that are not mobile detail cars for low as $15 in and out.

king Stevian told sources that the market needs to be controlled because of the foolish price lists. Many can't feed their families or pay employees because the price shuffling is wild. He also told sources that he watch many workers with other shops pay $2 per car to their workers as a commission. Many of the drive through locations that popped up operate by machine only and need no worker kind of like how Walmart is doing their workers. This hurts employment rates but also forces many to be business savvy and run their own businesses.

king Stevian said he has expanded the mobile detailing business but will merge some with other parts of his ministry this summer as they have already began the process. His ministry's mobile detailing service has already spinned off the air fresheners that they use as a subsidiary business that is on ebay.

They also has expanded into clothing air fresheners as you will see above.So the king is evolving like the way Facebook is but his competition is already ahead of him. king Stevian knows it is a shirt run but will manage the distance as he tells sources.
